Sleeping is an indispensable biological process for life. By resting well, our body recovers both physically and mentally, replenishes its energy levels and also fixes the learning process and memory. An intense lifestyle, stress or a lack of a sleeping routine, among other reasons, make it difficult to get to sleep or are the cause of us waking up at night and therefore, prevent us from getting a good quality sleep at night.
It is presented a new generation of smart capsules that maximize the effectiveness of its natural ingredients, thanks to its controlled release technology. This extraordinary innovation allows to release the 4 tablets of the capsule in an immediate, sustained or delayed way according to its absorption in our body and time of maximum use.
Each capsule of Eficaps® NightRest contains 4 tablets:
• Tablet 1 of immediate release (white colour) Of Melatonin, GABA and Passion-flower. Melatonin is the hormone that naturally produces our brain during nightfall, it is stimulated by darkness and inhibited by light, controlling the circadian rhythm that regulates the sleep-wake cycles of our biological clock. This tablet contains 1 mg of melatonin. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep, the effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. In addition melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag, the effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg.
• Tablets 2 and 3 of immediate release (yellow colour): contain Passion-flower and Valerian with soothing and relaxing properties that help fall asleep.
• Tablet 4 of prolonged release (green colour): with Melatonin, GABA and Passion-flower. After falling asleep and thanks to the prolonged release for 8 hours of Melatonin and
Passion-flower, the ingredients are able to continue working all night. This tablet contains 0.95 mg of melatonin
